These terms govern your use of this website and of the software, apps and services (the "Services") provided by Sellgrid Online Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sellgrid", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach or disrupt the Services, no reverse engineering except where the law allows it, and no resale of the Services without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Paid Services are offered as described on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless our Refund Policy says otherwise.

Our order process is handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, TBD. Payment, taxes and invoices are processed by them under their own terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only as needed to provide the Services to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and branding, belong to Sellgrid Online Services LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in line with these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes to paid Services will be announced in advance by email or on this website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
