Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid products from Sellgrid Online Services LLC. Our order process is handled by our payment provider and merchant of record, TBD.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 12 Business Days days of your purchase or renewal.

How to request a refund

Email info@sellgridonlineservices.com from the address used for the purchase, with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider and can take several business days to appear.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Terms of Service.
